We have purchased and sold 7 homes and this was the first time using NJ Lenders, Mark specifically. From the very first conversation with Mark I knew that we were going to be well taken care of. Mark is a thorough professional in addition to being extremely knowledgeable of his field. We had a weird situation with our purchase and Mark wanted to be absolutely sure that he was advocating for us and he went above and beyond with research concerning the issue. Mark's entire team, Nick and Keisha, are also terrific! Calls were returned in an extremely timely manner, e-mails were answered within hours, there was no question too big or too small that they could not answer. I hope that we never move again, but if we do Mark will be the first person that we call.

Overall I had no issues during the process. Everyone was pretty quick to respond to any and all of our questions. Only issue was how late in the day on our day before closing everything was sent over. Touch to quickly leave and go get a wire sent out.
