5 weeks in underwriting is not good enough. It's obvious your procedures are designed primarily for W-2 only employees. With a substantial portion of my income coming from shareholder distributions from the company I own, the amount of back and forth and additional info requests made the process very slow and frustrating. I was asked for new information 6 or 7 weeks after first applying. Mark was great, Keshia was good, the team (or perhaps the procedures) behind the scenes.... not so much.

Mark was very easy to deal with and answered questions quickly and accurately. The only issue we had was that the lawyers rescheduled our closing without letting us know, but that was not Mark’s fault.

Mainly i worked with Ali and Chris, What i felt during the entire process, entire NJ lender team were overloaded with work or low back office staff, i have initiated my loan on May 05 - 2020 and were able to close on 08/04/2020 which consider to be very long time. I feel you guys are very competitive in terms of interest rate but i felt that customer experience require lot of improvements. You should have introduce Customer services desk or portal which can improve customer experience.
