Mark is a great lender. We were able to close on time and he was always available to answer our questions; even on weekends, although this is busiest time for lenders. He worked with us through various scenarios and options that would be most suitable for us, he provided us a great rate. If you’re buying/refinance a home, you need Mark Veech.
It was relatively easy, took a lot longer than anticipated though and the communication was a little confusing at times, but all round pretty good.

The entire team was great and extremely communicative. We got through the processing phase rather quickly with a substantial amount of documentation. Mark wasn't very involved at all, and the one time I called him he was pretty dismissive. I love NJ lenders and would work with them again, but would likely use someone else.

5 weeks in underwriting is not good enough. It's obvious your procedures are designed primarily for W-2 only employees. With a substantial portion of my income coming from shareholder distributions from the company I own, the amount of back and forth and additional info requests made the process very slow and frustrating. I was asked for new information 6 or 7 weeks after first applying. Mark was great, Keshia was good, the team (or perhaps the procedures) behind the scenes.... not so much.
Every question i had was answered quickly. Mark made the experience quick and easy. Definately would work with again. Thanks
