I think the mortgage process started out a bit bumpy, but it got better by the end. I understand it's a quantity game in which NJ Lenders makes more money on processing more mortgages, but at times we felt quite rushed. At other times, we just felt like a number to NJ Lenders - simply: just another plain old customer (which we are) doing business with some corporation. It lacked a personal touch. Overall it was fine, sorry to ruin your NPS by giving you a 7, but I think that number is accurate.

Quick and not overly complicated. The only comment I might make about Mark is that he needs to take some time off once in a while. Every time I tried to send him an email or a voice mail after what most people would consider normal working hours he either emailed back in a few minutes or answered the phone before it went to voice mail. When does he sleep?

There was an issue with the appraisal. It just seemed that it could have been resolved in a more timely fashion. It seems that there was a lack of communication and urgency addressed to this matter.
